I discovered the recipe of Nopal & Pineapple Sweet Juice some months ago when I was trying to find a delicious, easy, fresh and sweet way to increase my intake of fiber-rich greens in my morning meals, either in my breakfast or the first snack of the day. Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup nopal juice
  • 1 apple
  • Ice
  • 1-2 tbsp(s) chia
Preparation
  • Cut apple in small pieces
  • Blend it all together
